These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. Please read them carefully.

By making a payment for our products, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. Products

Elfobox (“We”) provides boxes with ESD foam, designed for the secure transportation of electronic components.
Our products are available in a range of sizes, and we also offer custom assembly options for efficient packaging.
Additionally, anti-static foam may be ordered separately, without the boxes, if required.
Our boxes come in various sizes to accommodate different components, from small parts to larger devices.
You are required to provide the dimensions of your products, and we will assist in selecting the appropriate packaging.
Pre-assembled boxes are available for orders, allowing for significant savings of your time on packaging. Please note that assembly is done manually and may take additional time for larger volumes.
All products are manufactured in the European Union in accordance with relevant quality standards.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed through the following channels:

By Email: Send your order details directly to info@elfobox.eu.

By Contact Form: You may also submit your order through the Contact Form on our website.

The orders may be submitted in a free form, provided that at least following details are included:

Product name
Product characteristics (size, colour, etc.)
number of products
bank details
delivery address
your registration details
your contact details

Once we receive your order, we will provide you with a formal offer for your acceptance, followed by an invoice containing the payment details upon acceptance.

3. Payments

Prepayment:

All orders require partial or full prepayment.

Invoicing:

The payment details will be included in the invoice issued after your order is confirmed. The invoices are provided in electronic form to your email address and are valid without signatures.

Bank Transfer:

Payments must be made via bank transfer. The bank account details for the transfer will be provided in the invoice.

Payment Terms:

The payment terms are outlined in the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within the specified period, we reserve the right to modify the terms of the offer or cancel the order.

Payments by Instalments for Repeat Orders:

For repeat orders, instalment payment options may be available upon request, provided that the full payment is made prior to delivery of the products.

Delayed Payments:

Delayed prepayments may result in a delay in delivery, modification of the offer, or cancellation of the order.

Final payments delayed after the order is ready for delivery will incur a penalty of 1% (one percent) of the delayed payment amount for each day of delay.

4. Delivery

Delivery Documentation:

The delivery and acceptance documentation must be signed by your authorized representative. We reserve the right to request proof of authority prior to delivery.

Delivery Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the prepayment.

Shipping Territory:

Orders are shipped within the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) to the payer’s own address, unless an alternative reasonable location is agreed upon in advance.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume and delivery location. These costs will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which, in the case of a reasonable complaint, may include a replacement, discount, or refund.
